Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms that apply to all Maybach Bali services and bookings.

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in IDR with approximate USD equivalents provided for reference.
  • For multi-day bookings, all days must be paid in advance at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • 72+ hours before service: 90% refund (10% administrative fee retained).
  • 24–72 hours before service: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: no refund.
  • For multi-day bookings, the cancellation policy applies to each day individually.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No-Show Policy

  • If the client does not appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued.
  • Our chauffeur will attempt to contact the client via WhatsApp during the waiting period.
  • After 30 minutes with no contact, the day is marked as a no-show and the service is forfeited.

Rescheduling

  • Days may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service.
  • All rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability.
  • Rescheduled days must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.
  • A maximum of one reschedule is permitted per booked day.

Overtime

  • Additional hours beyond the selected package are charged at IDR 1,250,000 per hour (~$80 USD).
  • Overtime charges are payable at the end of the service day via a Stripe payment link sent by WhatsApp.

Service Inclusions

  • Private English-speaking chauffeur for the duration of your booking.
  • Fuel and vehicle are included in all packages.
  • Choice of chauffeur attire to suit your occasion.
  • Complimentary welcome pack including water, cold towels, and fresh fruits.
  • In-car Wi-Fi available throughout your journey.
  • Premium extras are charged separately as selected during the booking process.

Liability

  • Maybach Bali is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or force majeure events.
  • Insurance coverage is provided for all passengers during active service.
  • The client is responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
