How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. For weddings and events, we suggest booking 2-4 weeks ahead. During peak season (July-August and December-January), earlier booking is advisable.

Can you accommodate large groups?

The Mercedes-Maybach V-Class comfortably seats up to 6 passengers in ultimate luxury. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple vehicles or recommend trusted luxury transport partners.

Do you provide airport meet-and-greet?

Yes. For airport transfers, your chauffeur will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a personalized name board. We monitor your flight in real-time so there is no waiting, even if your flight is delayed.

We cover all of Bali, from Ngurah Rai Airport and Seminyak to Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Canggu, and beyond. Distances and travel times vary, and our team will help plan the optimal route for your experience.

Absolutely. Choose from our Classic (complimentary), Premium, or fully Custom refreshment packages. We can source specific champagne brands, dietary-specific snacks, or any special requests you may have.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled experience receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or full reschedule. Within 24 hours, a full charge applies.

How do I pay?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure online booking system, as well as bank transfers. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due before your experience.
