Yes. For airport transfers, your chauffeur will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a personalized name board. We monitor your flight in real-time so there is no waiting, even if your flight is delayed.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled experience receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund or full reschedule. Within 24 hours, a full charge applies.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure online booking system, as well as bank transfers. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due before your experience.
